ROLES/CAPABILITIES

  • Design on multi-touchpoint brand campaigns & product photography
  • Effectively communicate the desired aesthetic, tone, and emotion via Moodboards for retail brands - print, online, instore
  • Able to storyboard and tell sequential creative narratives (sizzle reels, videos, concepts)
  • Able to create detailed, realistic Mockups (product, lifestyle & in situ mockups, but also able to create interior settings, adapt lighting, colours a.o. details)
  • Experience in the luxury sector; understand colour theory, high-end accessories
  • Able to pick up on art direction from the Art Director or direction from the client
  • Able to suggest color palettes or brand solutions for commercial & visual challenges
  • Able to safeguard a brand guide and integrate basic brand rules as a standard for all designs
  • Create design templates for other team members
  • Work with a team of Art Directors, Copywriters, Designers, and Production team as well
  • Able to communicate your ETA on deliverables, and share thoughts (& boundaries) with your team members, and able to communicate/ask for essential input in order to proceed with your work.

PROFILE

  • Familiarity with owning a 360 campaign and evidence of this in your portfolio
  • Digital savvy; Possess a natural curiosity for what's happening in today's popular and digital culture.
  • Big client experience with an agency background is essential
  • Any AI experience would be a bonus
