Overview

ABOUT THE ROLE....

We are seeking a strategic Commerce Manager to join our Global Commerce Team working with our global consumer healthcare client, Haleon.

This role is pivotal in driving media performance success, and upskilling key teams across our global markets who are activating commerce media campaigns.

Your role will be focused on influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and shaping the future of commerce within our clients organization.

This role will suit you if you are a strong influencer, capable of seeing the big picture, and understand the interplay between media, consumer behaviour, and commercial performance. You will be responsible for translating strategic goals and working with key markets / and or global category teams to create actionable plans that drive revenue, optimize media investment, and enhance the customer journey.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE WORK....

  • Strategic Leadership: Support the development and execute global commerce strategies that align with business objectives and market dynamics
  • Campaign Activation: Provide direction on the planning and activation of commerce media campaigns across digital platforms, ensuring measurable impact on sales and brand performance are achieved in all key markets
  • Stakeholder Influence: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g, marketing, media, sales, global category) and external partners to drive alignment and deliver results
  • Commercial Acumen: Understand commercial P&Ls, ensuring campaigns are financially viable and contribute to overall profitability
  • Media Integration: Connect commerce with broader media strategies, leveraging data and insights to optimize performance across channels
  • Innovation & Growth: Identify new opportunities in commerce media, including emerging platforms, technologies, and partnerships

Qualifications

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED....

  • Proven experience in commerce media activation, ideally within a global or multi-market context.
  • Strong understanding of Retail Media and commercial P&L management and financial drivers of media investment
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration
  • Strategic thinker with a holistic view of media, marketing, and commerce
  • Experience working with retail media networks, eCommerce platforms, and digital media
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
  • Experience with platforms such as Amazon Ads (mandatory), Walmart Connect, Criteo or other retail media networks
  • Familiarity with media planning tools and performance analytics
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed global organization
