Due to an increase in workload our client is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer This permanent role offers you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, working alongside a diverse, dynamic, and highly experienced geotechnical team in there London office.
Preferred Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years' experience within geotechnical engineering, ideally in a consultancy environment
- Expertise in geotechnical analysis, including the use of software such as Plaxis, Wallap, GeoStudio, and the Oasys suite
- Proficiency in interpretive report writing and a strong understanding of civil engineering principles
- Experience in leading projects and preparing fee proposals
- Ability to provide geotechnical advice to colleagues and external stakeholders
- Commitment to the training and continuous development of our staff, with clear pathways towards chartership
Preferred Qualifications:
- A degree in civil engineering, engineering geology, or an MSc in a ground engineering discipline
- Chartered with the ICE or GeolSoc, or on track to achieve this within 12 months
- Proven experience within an engineering consultancy, with people and project management skills commensurate with the role
