About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive awareness, growth and adoption of Neuron's product portfolio, which includes a mix of data, analytics, AI and networking technologies. This role is a great fit for a self-starter who thrives in a tech startup environment, with a passion for understanding complex technologies and articulating their value to technical and non-technical audiences. We are looking for someone with a strong mix of business and technical acumen, as well as leadership skills and a passion for building programs from the ground up. This will be a hybrid role and will require you to work from our Central London office twice a week / as and when necessary.

What You'll Do

Strategic Product Marketing

  • Define and articulate unique value propositions, positioning, and messaging that resonate with technical and business decision-makers in our target industries, which include commercial and business aviation, cruise, energy and shipping.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for new and existing products, including product launches and feature updates.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, sales and customer success to understand product technical details, customer needs and shape product strategies.

Content, Communication & Industry Events

  • Create technical and customer-facing content, including whitepapers, case studies, blogs, and solution briefs, to support sales and demand generation efforts.
  • Translate complex product features into clear, compelling benefits tailored to various audiences.
  • Partner with the broader marketing team to support events, webinars, presentations, and industry thought leadership.
  • Drive product marketing strategy at key industry events, ensuring products are showcased effectively through print collateral, demo videos, live product demos and more.

Market Insights & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer pain points, and competitor offerings.
  • Develop buyer personas and use cases to refine targeting and messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

Sales Enablement

  • Provide the sales team with tools and resources to effectively communicate about our products to customers and partners.
  • Develop and maintain sales collateral, including product messaging and documentation, presentations, product demos, FAQs, and competitive analysis.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or a related role, preferably for a company in B2B SaaS, satcoms, telecoms and/or networking.
  • Strong understanding of data, analytics, satcoms, and/or AI space, with a mix of technical and business knowledge and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of articulating product value to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to drive multiple projects and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment, including working across product, engineering and sales.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% depending on location.

Preferred Skills

  • Work in a tech startup environment, with the ability to build programs from the ground up.
  • Experience with video and/or graphic design for supportive visual storytelling.
  • Experience in industries such as maritime, aviation, shipping, or telecommunications is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on metrics and ROI.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with engineering teams and understand technical roadmaps.
  • Experience driving product positioning and demos at third-party events.
