Product Manager

This job is brought to you by Jobs/Redefined, the UK's leading over-50s age inclusive jobs board.

Role Purpose

Are you passionate about shaping the future of digital products that truly make a difference? At Switch2, we're on a mission to transform how our customers, clients, and colleagues interact with data and automation. As Product Manager, you'll be at the heart of this transformation-leading the charge to design, deliver, and evolve products that are not only technically robust but also deeply aligned with user needs and business goals.

This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is excited by the challenge of turning complex requirements into elegant, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vision & Strategy
Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to craft a compelling vision for Switch2's Data and Automation Products. You'll draw on customer feedback, market intelligence, and internal insights to shape a roadmap that delivers real value-balancing innovation with practicality.
  • Product Roadmapping & Delivery
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through to launch and beyond. You'll define and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and seamless integration with other product streams.
  • Agile Leadership
Champion agile ways of working, fostering a culture of rapid decision-making, continuous improvement, and value-driven delivery. You'll work closely with business stakeholders to ensure priorities are clear and progress is swift.
  • Enablement & Adoption
Ensure that new features and products are not only delivered but embraced. You'll coordinate training, create support materials, and drive adoption across teams-making sure the benefits are realised long after launch.
  • Change Agent Mentorship
Guide and mentor Switch2's Energy Change Agents, helping them understand product capabilities and communicate the value of upcoming changes. You'll be a key enabler of transformation across the organisation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the go-to expert and liaison between business teams, technical teams, and external vendors. You'll manage priorities, track changes, and ensure everyone is aligned on release timelines and expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement
Support ongoing product evolution by helping teams navigate change, monitor performance against key metrics, and plan for transitions from legacy systems to future-state solutions.
  • Communication & Governance
Keep leadership informed with regular updates to the Steering Group and Senior Management Team. You'll lead product meetings with vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring actions are captured and progress is tracked.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Deep understanding of customer service practices and solutions
  • Strong empathy for customer and client needs, with a user-centred mindset
  • Experience managing full software implementation lifecycles
  • Solid grasp of change management principles and business process modelling
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a structured approach to delivery
  • Collaborative and engaging communicator, able to inspire and influence at all levels
  • Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities with confidence and clarity

Why Join Us?
