ABOUT THE ROLE

As Product Manager, you will directly support the business creating lasting products and

meaningful outcomes. You will work with local and international stakeholders to understand pain points and opportunities, translating requirements to lead the technology team to develop solutions and products that our users will love. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and design products that meet Pureprofile's needs and vision. Adept at change management, you will have the ability to influence and guide teams through transitions, reducing friction and ensuring positive uptake of new products and features.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Support the delivery of our product suite to meet Pureprofile's goals and growth targets.
  • Responsible for scoping, directing and delivering new products or modifications to existing products to maximise product revenue and growth.
  • Use data analysis and reporting to drive product decisions and stakeholder engagement.
  • Serve as the main point of communication between stakeholders, ensuring they are aligned with the product's direction and progress.
  • Clearly define and articulate stakeholder requirements.
  • Contribute to product strategy so that it can be used for planning & product roadmap.

ABOUT YOU

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 5-7+ years product management experience.
  • Ability to solve complex problems with consideration to business impact.
  • Uses industry knowledge to predict future challenges for the product.
  • Combination of technical aptitude, commercial, and product management skills, communication, negotiation and decision-making ability.
  • Experienced in presenting and communicating with stakeholders to maximise product growth and key metrics.
  • Uses relationships across the business and industry to drive product development and growth.
  • Proficiency with data analysis and adept at using metrics to make informed decisions.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product features.
  • Skilled in responding to setbacks in an agile and resilient manner.
  • Experience with Agile processes and principles
  • Tech enthusiast always looking to incorporate innovative solutions (Eg, Gen AI) into our Product stack to improve efficiency and experience for our clients.
  • Knowledge of Confluence, Linear, Looker, Zapier desired
