Join a high-intensity founding team as the lead technical hire building an AI platform to decarbonize building energy. You will architect and scale a full-stack Python and React ecosystem that optimizes heat pump performance in real time. This 0-to-1 role offers direct product ownership and the chance to drive the global clean energy transition.

What you will do:

• Design and build real-time data pipelines and AI-powered optimization algorithms using Python (FastAPI/Django).

The ideal candidate:

• 5+ years of professional full-stack experience with strong production expertise in Python web frameworks and React.
