Are you an experienced engineer passionate about leveraging AI to redefine production stability at a global scale?

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to lead the development of next-generation, AI-enabled tooling within our Production Management division.

This is a strategic position for a technical leader who wants to drive a multi-year digital transformation, implement engineering best practices, and build resilient, automated systems within a highly complex, critical, and multi-disciplinary environment. You should also be passionate , enthusiastic, and technically curious by nature.

Essential functions
What You'll Do

• Architect AI Solutions: Design and build AI-enabled web applications to streamline incident management, perform predictive analysis, and automate root cause analysis (RCA).
• Modernize Engineering: Lead the adoption of GitOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) to foster a culture of transparency and operational excellence.
• Drive Reliability: Optimize large-scale, mission-critical systems using Kubernetes, Istio (service mesh), and Kafka, ensuring high availability in a global, regulated landscape.
• Influence & Coach: Act as a technical mentor, identifying and eliminating anti-patterns while driving the adoption of Agile frameworks (SCRUM/Kanban) across a cross-disciplinary organization.

What You Bring

• Senior Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency as a "polyglot" full-stack developer with a comprehensive understanding of CS fundamentals (networking, OS, containerization).
• Cloud-Native Mindset: Proven operational experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and service mesh architectures.
• Observability Expert: Strong background in end-to-end observability (Datadog, Dynatrace, AppDynamics) to drive performance and system resilience.
• Strategic Communicator: Exceptional ability to negotiate with stakeholders, manage cross-departmental projects, and articulate the business value of technical solutions.
• Cultural Leader: A track record of coaching teams and successfully navigating the complexities of large-scale, mission-critical corporate environments.
