Our technology platform "Hyble" empowers sales reps in the beverage industry to create on-demand marketing materials that are both brand-compliant and tailored for the specific account. Combined with our enterprise services, which enable the change management process and our cloud printing model that enables rapid turnaround print, we have a game-changing solution that the market is screaming out for.

This innovative approach makes sales reps lives easier by allowing them to support more accounts in less time while also drastically reducing the production of generic marketing content that often ends up in landfill.

What you'll do

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Hyble, you'll be at the forefront of delivering impactful features, working across both front and back-end systems to shape our products and architecture. While your focus may lean toward either front-end or back-end, your expertise in both areas will ensure you can adapt to any engineering challenge, helping us deliver the most value to our users.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our design, product, and engineering teams to create and optimize solutions that align with our technical vision. You'll contribute to defining and building scalable, maintainable architecture using .NET Core on the back-end and React with TypeScript on the front-end.

What your responsibilities will be:

Feature Development

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement features for our user-facing products and internal tools.
• Balance front-end and back-end responsibilities, focusing on high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions using .NET Core and React/TypeScript.

Architectural Influence

• Shape and enhance our system architecture to support future growth, performance, and scalability.
• Contribute to long-term technical direction and system design, making thoughtful decisions about trade-offs.

Prototyping and Innovation

• Prototype and develop innovative solutions that enhance our platform, demonstrating new features or technical capabilities.
• Advocate for continuous improvement in engineering practices and process.

Code Quality and Optimization

• Debug, optimize, and fine-tune full-stack solutions to ensure robust performance and responsiveness.
• Implement best practices for coding standards, testing, and quality assurance.

What you'll bring

• Full-Stack Expertise: Strong experience with back-end (.NET Core) and front-end (React, TypeScript) technologies, and the ability to switch between them as needed.
• System Design: Ability to design and implement complex systems with a focus on performance, maintainability, and scalability.
• Collaboration Skills: Thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with design, product, and engineering teams to deliver impactful features.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Combine creativity with a pragmatic approach to solving real-world problems, delivering exceptional user experiences.

Nice to have

• Cloud Expertise: Much of our infrastructure is hosted on Azure with some data storage on AWS. Experience of either of these platforms would be good.
• Node: We have some services written in Node.
• Python: Data and AI are key areas of growth for us - Python is the language for this.
• SQL/Databases: We leverage Entity Framework heavily, but knowledge of how databases work under the hood is helpful when troubleshooting performance issues.
