The post underpins the Trust's vision to develop a flexible, clinically focussed, integrated Electronic Patient Record within a service orientated
environment.
Main duties of the job
The candidate must be able to act as lead specialist in the field of Java development and play a key role in planning, developing and implementing
software solutions. This role will engage with NHS professionals at all levels, across multiple sites. You will demonstrate a passion for developing
systems to meet clinical needs and supporting organisational processes.
The successful candidate will have experience developing systems using:
• Java/JEE
• Hibernate
• Eclipse (any suitable IDE)
• SQL
• Agile PM
• Angular, HTML, JS, etc.
Additional skills are Maven, Subversion SVN, Git, AngularJS, HL7, SOA, CSS, HTML, Web services (Rest/SOAP), Tomcat Application
server, Jenkins, SQL, SQL Server Management Tool, etc.
