What You'll Do
- Build and Ship Scalable Solutions. Leverage your expertise to design, develop, and deliver high-quality, production-ready features and products that scale to meet user needs.
- Transform Ideas into Reality. Collaborate with product, business and design teams to translate ideas into robust engineering solutions, ensuring alignment with user and business goals.
- Craft Exceptional User Interfaces. Use your proven experience with Frontend Engineering experience to build and enhance complex, intuitive interfaces that delight users.
- Recruit, refer, interview, and develop your own interview questions while fostering a culture of excellence, velocity, and humility.
- Inspire and mentor less experienced engineers.
Requirements
- A minimum of five years of building and shipping solutions is preferred.
- Track record of delivering high-quality products and features at scale.
- Ability to turn and create business and product ideas into engineering solutions.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft.
- Proven experience with Typescript, HTML5 and CSS3.
- Experience in building complex interfaces.
- Consolidated experience with Next.JS, tRPC and Node.JS.
- Experience partnering with Product Designers to implement design systems (we use Figma, Design Tokens and Styled Dictionary).
- Experience developing and implementing testing procedures to ensure software quality (experience with Playwright and Jest is preferable).

- Salary: Up to £105k p.a. + option package
