Job Summary

As Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A you will assist in developing robust FP&A models, reporting packages and forecasting processes in our financial planning platform, Vena Solutions. You will serve as a business partner for various functional teams, contributing to the formulation and implementation of Enable's business strategies.

What we are asking you to do!

    • Implement and manage scalable financial models, reporting materials and dashboards in Vena to support the company's forecasting and budgeting processes and drive improvements in efficiency, accuracy and transparency
    • Collaborate with the accounting team in the month-end and quarter-end close process, including monthly financial reviews and budget vs. actuals (BvA) analysis, to identify key business trends, patterns, risks and opportunities
    • Assist in developing in-depth financial analysis of critical financial results and KPIs, including bookings, renewals, ARR, gross / net revenue retention, CAC, CAC payback, sales efficiency, rule of 40
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement in management reporting to the senior management team and the Board
    • Act as a business partner to various operational teams, offering financial guidance and insights to drive informed business decisions
    • Assist in various ad hoc finance projects to support the senior management team and business functions across the company

What we are asking you to bring!

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related fields
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in a relevant financial role, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) experience preferred
    • Strong knowledge and experience in implementing complex financial models in a financial planning system. Enable uses Vena, however ability to learn is our focus
    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, Excel and PowerPoint in particular
    • Experience of using Netsuite and Salesforce
    • Self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
    • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing at all levels
