What you'll do

Your key accountabilities will include

  • Lead and inspire a team of 5 talented individuals
  • Drive the month-end process with precision and efficiency
  • Engage in exciting project involvements to further the company's goals
  • Take accountability for the balance sheet and ensure accuracy
  • Spearhead process improvements across the team to drive efficiency and excellence

Who you are

Your skills and experience will include

  • Qualified Accountant with a strong track record
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and inspire a team
  • Proven experience in managing and driving the month-end process
  • Excellent attention to detail and a curious mindset to drive process improvements
  • Strong project involvement and balance sheet accountability experience
