Summary

International is an entrepreneurial business unit operating in over 420 stores and 80 transactional websites in over 100 markets across several key channels including, franchise, owned businesses, and joint ventures. We are looking for a highly adaptable FP&A senior finance manager who is driven by a passion to drive real tangible change via process improvements to current reporting as well as developing new financial models. Someone who embraces a high growth mindset and champions finance talent, in parallel with a strong love for our products and our customers.

To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.

What you'll do

Your key accountabilities will include

  • Monthly Cadence: Co-ordination and management of month end processes, ensuring team and key stakeholders are aware of requirements and timelines. Management of the month end meeting. Manage short term profit outlook outside of formal re-forecasting.
  • Budget & Forecast: Agree annual planning cycle and co-ordinate detailed timetables. Support delivery of re-forecasts and long-range planning, including monthly re-forecasts, budget and 5-year strategic plans.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Responsible for preparing month-end reports, conducting periodic analysis of important performance metrics, and monitoring capital expenditure. Setting up pricing evaluation modelling and work with commercial teams to develop partner margin analysis
  • Cashflow: Responsible for cash forecast, working closely with group finance and BSC team to keep live forecasts up to date and accurate. Improve current modelling and processes, updating regularly and efficiently.
  • Leadership: Being responsible for developing a talent pipeline, team capability and ensuring that they are motivated and energised enabling them to deliver as a high performing and curious team. Lead for Power BI finance reporting requirements.

Who you are

Your skills and experience will include

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
  • Experience in a fast-paced retail, franchise, wholesale businesses or FMCG environment.
  • Significant FP&A experience and reporting transformation including capex and opex management.
  • Previous line management experience needed.
  • Power BI, reporting and financial systems experience.
