Senior Finance Manager - Consulting (3 month initial contract - Inside IR35)

YOU WILL:

Primarily work with one of our key customers in the retail space and will be supporting the Commercial Finance Lead. You will join a newly forming team who support the wider Technology, Digital and Corporate functions.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering and building key relationships with business stakeholders up to CxO level.
  • Acting as a representative of the business within the team.
  • Agreeing the commercial strategy aligned to the key pillars of the business.
  • Setting out the governance which underpins quality assurance, sustainability and a modernized technology landscape.
  • Understanding the "why" and the "what" of the business needs.
  • Presenting and explaining the requirements clearly.

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • 7+ years' experience as a commercial Finance Manager preferably in the Consulting space.
  • Strong project management delivery experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills up to CxO level.
  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Ability to comfortably navigate through ambiguity.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience working in the Consulting / Retail space
  • Qualified (CIMA, ACA)

** Contract would be inside IR35 - Hybrid working - 2 days in the London office**
