Your Mission at BMG
As a Senior Finance Manager at BMG, your role is to provide leadership and oversight across finance processes and outsourced service delivery. You will be responsible for embedding robust, well-documented processes, developing KPI-driven performance reporting for outsourced services, and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery across global finance operations.
Working closely with Tax, Financial Reporting and wider Group Finance teams, you will play a key role in supporting audits, month-end close and continuous improvement initiatives, while acting as a senior point of contact for outsourced service performance and governance.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the documentation and maintenance of end-to-end finance processes and procedures across the Finance organisation.
- Ensure appropriate processes and controls are documented and embedded within other departments where required.
- Drive standardisation, control and continuous improvement across finance operations.
- Design, implement and maintain KPI frameworks and reporting for outsourced finance services.
- Monitor outsourced service providers against agreed KPIs and service level agreements.
- Actively manage performance, escalating issues where required and driving remediation and service improvement.
- Work with global finance teams to ensure consistency of outsourced service delivery across territories.
- Work alongside Tax and Financial Reporting teams on key internal and external audits.
- Support month-end close activities, ensuring deadlines are met and outputs from outsourced providers are accurate, complete and timely.
- Provide oversight and challenge across outsourced deliverables during audit and close cycles.
- Partner with global finance teams to align standards, processes and service expectations.
- Act as a senior finance business partner to internal stakeholders, providing insight into service performance, risks and opportunities.
- Support finance leadership with analysis, reporting and recommendations related to outsourced services and process effectiveness.
What You Bring
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience, ideally with an audit background.
- Proven experience in documenting finance processes and implementing strong control frameworks.
- Experience overseeing outsourced finance or shared service environments.
- Strong understanding of month-end close, audit processes and financial governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving capability.
What Would Be A Plus
- Experience working in a multinational or global finance environment.
- Exposure to IFRS and Group reporting structures.
- Experience developing KPI and performance management frameworks.
