What you'll do

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Represent the International business area in the design, test and implementation phases of the programme. Specifically for the 'Fit To Standard' phase to identify key impacts on process and reporting standardisation on their area and to problem solve changes to maintain standard
  • Be the day to day lead and keep the International Finance leadership team engaged on progress and key issues
  • Influence and advocate key changes and the benefits for the International team
  • Lead the overall International team engagement and work with the Programme Change Management workstream
  • Identify interdependencies with other business area programmes and initiatives

Who you are

Your skills and experience will include:

  • Experience of international retail business models, particularly B2B models such as franchise and wholesale
  • Prior experience of an ERP implementation
  • Can maintain relationships and influence key people and teams, both within and outside of finance
  • Understanding of Finance processes and reporting requirements, able identify impact on the business with a strive to improve and standardise
  • Strong problem solving skills and confidence to navigate ambiguity
