About the Role

Our finance function operates at the heart of ASOS. Say goodbye to preconceptions of bean-counters and hello to a multi-functional, business facing department. Our FP&A team provides support to senior management of the business to help them make decisions to lead us to being a global online fashion destination.

What you'll be doing

  • Responsible for the FP&A month-end, half year and year-end reporting process.
  • Collating financial and other supporting data provided by other finance teams, ensuring data accuracy and consistency for FP&A produced reports.
  • Liaising with other finance teams and understand the source of the information coming into FP&A reports.
  • Running the monthly close review meetings.
  • Responsible for co-ordinating the preparation and finalisation of the monthly CFO review deck and the management information (MI) pack to high quality standards.
  • Owning your outputs and striving for continuous process improvements.
  • Supporting the Core FP&A manager with any ad-hoc queries and projects.
  • Supporting our culture by championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.

Qualifications

About You

  • An accounting qualification (preferably CIMA, ACCA or ACA).
  • A proven ability to plan and prioritise own workload to meet tight deadlines.
  • Advanced skills in Excel.
  • A high standard of accuracy with financial and statistical data.
  • An ability to organise own work and to take initiative.
  • An ability to determine insightful observations from detail for management attention.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Good communication/ interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Highly driven.
  • Flexible and open to change.
  • A curious mindset.
  • Pro-activeness.
