Vanta is looking for a highly skilled Senior Field Marketing Manager to manage and scale our EMEA field marketing programs. This role is crucial for driving early- to late-stage pipeline for the region within the startup & mid market segments. The ideal candidate will bring a strong operational focus to our field marketing efforts that supports processes related to lead flow, sales enablement, and cross functional alignment. You'll be successful if you're excited about the opportunity to create, experiment and drive business impact within a fast paced B2B SaaS environment.

We are searching for a proactive operator who is excited about collaborating with the global team of field marketers to both leverage established playbooks and create net new programs tailored to the needs of the EMEA region and business goals. This role will involve building a cohesive approach to field marketing for the region while ensuring alignment with our sales, partner, customer success, product, and global marketing teams.

What you'll do as a Senior Field Marketing Manager at Vanta:

  • Develop and Execute Field Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and channel teams to create and implement field marketing strategies that drive pipeline growth and support deal progression. Utilize tactics such as tradeshows, owned events, ABM campaigns, and partner co-marketing initiatives.
  • Amplify Vanta's Brand: Partner with the global brand team to execute campaigns that successfully represent Vanta's brand and product value to meaningfully generate top-of-funnel engagement.
  • Sales & Sales Development partnership: Work closely with pre-sales, sales, and post-sales teams to ensure timely lead uploads and effective pipeline creation enablement.
  • Track and Analyze Event Performance: Utilize and enhance Vanta's global field marketing framework to measure program success and ROI, including MQL generation, opportunity creation, and pipeline.

How to be successful in this role:

  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing and/or event management, ideally in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to create and execute impactful field marketing programs targeted at executive and technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated success in building strong relationships with sales, marketing operations, design, and product marketing teams.
  • Strong background in enablement, operations, and demand generation, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and curious, with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
