The Children and Family Wellbeing Service is seeking a Neighbourhood Senior Family Support Worker to join our dynamic team in Preston. This role offers an exciting and varied opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of families within our community.

Role Overview: As a Neighbourhood Senior Family Support Worker, you will oversee group-based delivery programmes, Family Time provision, and partnership working arrangements in the Preston area. This is a pivotal time for our service as we continue to enhance our offerings through our 'Family Hubs' in Preston, which are part of the 'Family Hub Network'.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team of frontline delivery staff, including Neighbourhood Group Workers, Family Time Workers, and Delivery Centre Support workers.

Engage and liaise with key contacts in Social Care to ensure that court-directed requirements for supervised family contact are effectively managed.

Ensure that Family Time contact is appropriately allocated to workers.

Collaborate closely with Lead Group Worker and Neighbourhood Group Workers to ensure that group delivery meets service standards and addresses the needs of the families and communities we support.
