CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Senior Facilities Manager to join the team located in the UK. The successful candidate will have day to day management of a group of locations for one of our Global Clients, and be responsible for delivery of contractual obligations onsite, task and people management, budget control, service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Tasks:

  • Managing local client and CBRE budgets and report any out-of-line situations
  • Overall operational management within the designated scope for client sites under CBRE facilities management.
  • Lead CBRE team and Specialist Sub Contractors to deliver contracted scope of works onsite
  • Ensure Client satisfaction by being responsible for achieving client KPIs and driving acceptable service delivery performance
  • Strong lines of communication to user population on all BAU activity
  • Ensuring compliance with legislative, Client and CBRE health, Safety and environmental requirements.
  • Sharing of best practice
  • Work with local/central/third party project manager(s) to ensure fully integrated FM/projects delivery upon request
  • Maintain a motivated team by management and personal development of all local based staff
  • Organising monthly team meetings

  • Provision of strong upward and downward communications within the team
  • Ability to drive and deliver 1st Class service excellence with innovative and compelling ideas
  • Development and implementation of Customer Service strategy for location
  • Developing partnering relationships with key client/s in the location
  • Manage and motivate team in line with IIP accreditation and guidelines.
  • Delivery of "One Team" methodology within location
  • Establishment of in depth knowledge of client culture with particular focus on Real Estate and Site Organisation
  • Close liaison with Central support team to promote a consistent professional image of CBRE image and brand
  • Promote and sponsor a culture of continuous improvement and best practice.
  • Support Completion of client monthly report
  • Manage resources both human and technical to maximise quality of services delivered

Person Specification:

  • Member of BIFM or another FM professional body
  • Technical Background with an understanding of HVAC systems, Power systems within Buildings
  • Previous operations experience of facilities management or service delivery (possible specialist areas such as M&E, catering, security and cleaning)
  • PC Literate - MS Office, other systems as required (eg work order, financial, project etc)
