Senior Fabric Engineer

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a restructured Maintenance Services team at the University of Surrey in Guildford. Working as part of an in-house services team of +35 you will be providing planned and reactive maintenance services works. The post will be required to support our current day pattern of 08.00 - 16.12 Monday to Friday.

Working as part of a team responsible for the operational maintenance of the University premises and reporting to their SSM, the role will be undertaking planned and reactive work on building fabric to support the University's infrastructure and environment across all of the premises, ensuring that they are maintained in a safe, efficient and functional order. This role will be at a senior level and as such be expected to tackle more complex tasks, take on additional responsibilities and communicate effectively at a senior level.

• 20 days holiday rising 1 day per year of service to max of 5.
