The Role
Would you like to support a key Financial Services client with Executive level hires?

Who will I be working with?
You can expect to work with client stakeholders e.g., Hiring Managers, Recruiters (AMS and Client) and Candidates.
Key Accountabilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior hiring managers and key stakeholders.
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment independently, providing expert guidance, insight and ensuring timelines are met.
- Lead attraction strategy discussions with Sourcing and hiring managers, aligning approaches to market conditions.
- Recommend suitable talent profiles and coach hiring managers on realistic expectations.
- Monitor candidate funnel metrics with Sourcing, identifying and resolving bottlenecks early.
- Collaborate closely with Sourcing, Interview Scheduling and Administration teams to ensure a smooth client and candidate experience.
- Take full ownership of recruitment delivery in line with contractual obligations and SLAs.
- Lead vacancy consultations covering role requirements, sourcing strategy, DEI needs, pay ranges, timelines, responsibilities and selection processes.
- Work with Sourcing to refine pipelines and jointly review shortlists with hiring managers.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience from initial interview through to offer and start date.
- Support hiring decisions and lead complex offer processes and negotiations.
- Proactively identify potential stakeholder issues, taking action and escalating where appropriate.
- Support demand planning by facilitating forecasting discussions with client resourcing leads.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines, sharing insights and providing regular talent pool updates.
- Share best practice and knowledge from other teams to enhance delivery.
- Contribute to or lead projects outside the core remit when required.
- Recommend continuous improvement initiatives and identify upsell opportunities, including assessing their impact.
- Ensure real-time updates of candidate statuses and requisition changes across all systems.
- Identify and flag scope creep to support contractual governance.
- Maintain consistently high data accuracy standards.
- Identify and track compliance risks in line with the AMS Risk Management Framework, recommending solutions.
Skills & Requirements
You'll need to demonstrate:
Must haves:
- Significant recruitment delivery experience in senior hiring up to MD-level, ideally within Financial Services or complex global organisations.
- Demonstrated credibility and gravitas when interacting with senior leaders (ED/MD level).
- Strong advisory capability - able to challenge, influence, and coach stakeholders effectively.
- Proven success in identifying and assessing niche, senior talent across functions (Risk, Finance, Compliance, HR, Audit, Legal, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to distil insights and recommendations clearly.
- Highly organised, resilient, and able to manage multiple senior processes concurrently.
