Publicis Groupe is seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join our bespoke agency supporting a globally recognized company known for its iconic brands in Snacking, Petcare, and Food & Nutrition. Role Overview

We are looking for an Senior Executive, Influencer Activations to lead the day-to-day management of local influencer teams, ensuring flawless execution of influencer marketing campaigns. Acting as the single point of contact for clients on influencer activations, you will oversee campaign delivery, maintain high-quality content standards, coordinate with internal teams, and drive campaign performance.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across the UK and local markets.

Responsibilities

Campaign Activation & Management

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of influencer marketing campaigns, from initial response through activation to post-campaign reporting.
  • Ensure influencer content creation meets brand standards, timelines, and campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop strategies that meet client KPIs and showcase creativity, inclusivity, and diversity across creators, audiences, and platforms.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, internal teams, and third-party partners.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and to the highest standard.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with the paid social hub to optimize influencer content amplification and campaign reach.
  • Align with strategy and client services teams to ensure influencer activations support broader campaign objectives.

Performance & Reporting

  • Support the development of Post-Campaign Analysis (PCA) with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Track campaign KPIs, influencer performance, and efficiency.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to clients to inform future strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in socialproject management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and markets.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a passion for influencer marketing and brand storytelling.
