Job Description
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Chief Finance Officer, Business Strategy and Insight Director and Finance Director.
What will my accountabilities be?
As Senior Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- The planning and organisation of onsite and offsite meetings for Executives including; venue/room search and booking, issuing invitations and tracking acceptances and budget control
- Full diary management and organising all travel arrangements
- Screening telephone calls, emails and post. There will be handling of ad hoc issues without referral
- Responsibility for handling key project business meetings within UK
- You are the first point of contact and central information point for the department and executive office and provide support to executives for efficiency
- You will provide general correspondence, reports, minute talking, invoice management, preparing PowerPoint presentations, prepare board room for meetings, and maintain office software and filing
- Establishing relationships with international offices
- Building a strong and collaborative relationship with other assistant's across the company

Qualifications
What background do I need to have?
- You will need to have a significant amount of experience in a Senior Executive Assistant role.
- Desirable - board level experience
- Due to the nature of the role, you will demonstrate high discretion due to the confidential and commercially sensitive data you will handle.
- You will need to be detail oriented, curious and resilient.
- Good communications skills, both written and verbal with customers, team and partners.
- A self-starter who enjoys taking ownership of ad hoc tasks/projects for the CMO and Digital Director.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Proactively manage conflicting demands with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- You will be dedicated, organised and collaborative with the ability to achieve results. through people and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive with the ability to make decisions
- Advanced MS Office skills and overall IT capabilities.
- Ability to be in the East Finchley office a minimum of 3 days a week
