The role
As a Senior Event Technology Executive, you'll be at the heart of ensuring our cutting-edge networking platforms deliver exceptional value to our clients. This role is integral to crafting seamless event experiences, leveraging technology to connect industry leaders and create impactful B2B networking opportunities.
You'll be a vital member of the Event Technology Team, collaborating closely with Operations, Customer Success, Marketing, and external technology providers. You'll handle everything from configuring platform settings and managing registration portals to building tailored meeting schedules that exceed client expectations.
In this role, you'll:
The role is dynamic, involving a mix of technical, analytical, and client-facing responsibilities. You'll have the opportunity to travel to stunning international destinations in Europe and North America to support on-site operations, while also contributing remotely to other events.
Key duties
- Investigate customer issues escalated by the customer support team, and liaising with providers to ensure quick resolution
Skills and experience required

- Polite, friendly, and well spoken
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Desire and ability to travel to events if required
Due to the nature of the company and the role, you may occasionally be required to work outside of hours to support events and meet deadlines.
