Hosted are looking for an experienced Finance Manager, or Management Accountant looking to take their career to the next level as Finance Manager. As Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Provision of monthly management accounts and board pack
  • Revenue assurance
  • Cash management
  • Developing budgets and forecasts
  • VAT/PAYE reporting and compliance
  • Monitoring performance against KPIs and providing recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborating with other departments or business units to support their financial needs and objectives
  • Streamlining financial processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Analysing and controlling costs within the organization
  • Analysing financial performance against budgets and forecasts
  • Preparation of payroll information for external bureau
  • Customer debt collection
  • Billing process

The Details:

Location - Fully office based in Whiteley, Hampshire (near Solent Hotel), hybrid working can be discussed

Hours - Full-time 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm

Holiday - 29 days per year PLUS additional leave for late starts, early finishes, long lunches, appointments

To be considered, you will posses the following essential requirements:

  • Fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a Management Accountant role
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Confident
  • Approachable
  • Hands-on approach
  • Adaptable to change and new business practices
  • Forward thinking with a growth mindset

Desirable requirements:

  • Experience working in small organisation
  • Experience working in telecoms
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Sage 200, Xero
