This role is based in Blackfriars , London office

About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic Senior Event Executive to help us grow and innovate our Vitafoods global events across EMEA. You'll join our Brand team, where you'll plan and deliver VF Europe and joint-venture events that make a real impact.

What You'll Do

Event Planning & Delivery

  • Lead key projects within VF Europe and other events
  • Track project progress and prepare budget forecasts
  • Work closely with teams across the business to deliver exceptional events
  • Create innovative experiences that delight our customers, both online and in-person

Strategic Development

  • Shape our networking events strategy for Vitafoods Europe
  • Turn strategic goals into practical plans
  • Drive execution across sales, marketing, and content teams
  • Help evolve our international market presence

Collaboration & Communication

  • Build strong relationships with brand, content, marketing, and sales teams
  • Work with vendors and partners to deliver contracted opportunities
  • Create clear reports on event KPIs and forecasts
  • Help develop sales materials and event floor plans

Market Understanding

  • Develop deep knowledge of the nutraceutical industry
  • Research market trends and competitor activities
  • Design event features that meet our communities' needs
  • Track and analyze visitor intelligence

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

Essential Skills

  • Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple events
  • Clear communication skills
  • Experience working with different cultures
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Technical Skills

  • Confident using MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Experience with Smartsheet
  • Knowledge of productivity tools like Asana and monday.com
  • Comfort with generative AI tools

Personal Qualities

  • A collaborative approach to working with global teams
  • Energy and drive to make things happen
  • Sharp attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
