We're seeking a motivated Senior Estate Agent to join our residential sales team at Hall & Benson. The job role would involve carrying out market appraisals and listing houses in and around Derbyshire and for a busy branch who are currently experiencing record sales levels. This would be a very rewarding role with uncapped commission.

Your Role:

As a Branch Lister, you will be responsible for carrying out market appraisals and listing houses in and around Derbyshire. As well as maintaining excellent customer relationships, building rapport with clients face-to-face or over the phone and ensuring the highest level of service. This would be a very rewarding role with uncapped commission.

What We're Looking For:

Preferably experienced as a Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, or Senior Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator, Outstanding customer care/service experience, Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Hold a Full UK driving license
