We're seeking a motivated Senior Estate Agent to join our residential sales team at Burchell Edwards. As a Branch Lister, you'll play a crucial role in listing and gaining new instructions for properties while providing exceptional customer service.

Your Role:

As a Branch Lister, you will be responsible for carrying out market appraisals and listing houses in and around Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire for our busy branch who are currently experiencing record sales levels. As well as maintaining excellent customer relationships, building rapport with clients face-to-face or over the phone and ensuring the highest level of service. This would be a very rewarding role with uncapped commission.

What We're Looking For:

Preferably experienced as a Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, or Senior Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator, Outstanding customer care/service experience, Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Hold a Full UK driving license
