Your role as aSenior Estate Agent/SeniorSales Negotiator
The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales & progress sales through to exchange and completion. You will also be optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
Skills and experience required to be a successfulSenior Estate Agent/SeniorSales Negotiator
- Preferably an experiencedsalesperson
- Able to generate new business in atarget drivenenvironment
- Outstanding customer care /customer serviceexperience
- Resilient,positive, organised, numerate anddetail oriented
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunicationskills
- IT literate(MS Office, internet, email systems)
- AFull UK driving licenceand access to your own vehicle
