Key responsibilities of a Sales Valuer/Lister
The main purpose of the role is to win listings and gain new instructions for properties to market whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service. You will also be optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
Skills and experience required to be a successful Sales Valuer/Lister
- Estate Agencyexperience
- Preferably an experiencedLister, Valuer, Instructions Manager,Valuations Manageror anEstate Agent/Sales Negotiatorlooking for that step up andcareer progression
- Outstanding customer care /customer serviceexperience
- Resilient,positive, organised, numerate anddetail oriented
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunicationskills
- IT literate(MS Office, internet, email systems)
- AFull UK driving licenceholder
