Our Client

We are working with a large, international business seeking a Senior Employee Relations Advisor to start ASAP. This will initially be a temporary role with a high chance of going permanent after a couple of months.

Key Responsibilities

• High volume ER cases per month
• Building credible relationships with relevant teams in the UK HR team
• Provide advice on HR policies and ER issues
• Compliance with UK employment law, managing complex ER cases
• Assist with Employment Tribunal cases, reducing claim risk
• Design and implement ER training programmes

Experience Needed

• CIPD level 5 or above
• Experience working on high volume ER cases each month
• Previous experience leading on redundancy cases, restructuring etc
• Must be available to start ASAP
• DBS clearance - is essential to begin this role remotely

For The Candidate

• Fully remote role - every 3 months you will be expected to go into the London office, travel will be expensed
• High chance of temp to perm
• Initially a day rate contract of around £200 per day, then will go on a FTE salary of £40,000 - £45,000 DOE
