A bit about you
Resourceful, Proactive, Outcome Focused
As Client Solutions Manager you'll support new business development activities, understand the needs of our potential clients and align them to the right Sullivan & Stanley Services to maximise the value exchange.
We are looking for a proactive and tenacious individual to take responsibility for new revenue generation activities. You'll develop effective go-to-market campaigns, networks of communities and account plans in order to help achieve growth goals.
This core of your role is to be outward facing to develop and sustain profitable growth by building a client base with new opportunities for Sullivan & Stanley projects. Therefore, this role will have a £1m revenue target (to be achieved after first full year).
You will...
- Support the growth of a sales pipeline and portfolio of client accounts
- Develop successful relationships with large organisations by interacting with stakeholders at all levels
- Be a strong communicator, collaborator and consultant willing to share learnings, successes and failures
- Be intimately familiar with complex buying cycles for consulting and business transformation, and an intuitive and accurate pipeline forecaster
- Be able to build trusted advisor relationships with prospects to understand their needs and circumstances and help shape compelling responses
Key Requirements
New Business Development
- Build a robust, predictable sales pipeline
- Build, develop, and nurture a network of contacts to create Sullivan & Stanley opportunities
- Match prospects/clients with the right Sullivan & Stanley services
- Partner with Marketing to run targeted go-to-market campaigns
- Execute engagement plans, pitch, and progress opportunities
- Contribute to revenue targets with strong margins
- Seek opportunities across Speed to Value, Future Leader and Capability Accelerators
- Engage with new prospects to share Sullivan & Stanley's positioning
- Develop creative and value-led reasons for prospects and clients to engage
- Seek out prospects and engage them in their professional communities and events
- Open, develop and pitch sales opportunities, and support Consulting in closing activities
Account Development
- Help identify opportunities within existing accounts
- Plan and executive targeted account engagement
- Support Consulting Partners to develop quality account and engagement plans
