Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Engineer to join our Engineering Team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workplace technology landscape. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in EUC, predominantly Intune and SaaS administration, to design, implement, and manage solutions that empower a productive and efficient work experience for our employees.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Design, develop, and maintain EUC solutions for seamless device management and provisioning.
  • Implement and configure workflows within Freshservice ITSM platform to automate routine tasks and optimise service delivery, with a particular focus on SaaS application onboarding and lifecycle management.
  • Possess an understanding of SaaS application administration and actively manage integrations with Okta for a secure and streamlined user experience.
  • Employ an agile engineering mindset, embracing iterative development and continuous improvement.
  • Utilise scripting and coding skills (PowerShell, Python) to automate complex tasks and enhance workflow efficiency, particularly around SaaS application provisioning and management.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (SecOps, Service Desk and Support) to ensure successful project execution, specifically focusing on Okta integration and access management.
  • Champion knowledge sharing by actively contributing to internal documentation and training initiatives on EUC, SaaS application administration, and Okta.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices within the EUC, ITSM, and SaaS application administration domains, with a keen eye on Intune developments.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in End User Computing (EUC) technologies.
  • Extensive expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (Intune), with a proven track record of successful improvement projects.
  • In-depth understanding of mobile device management (MDM) and application management principles.
  • Solid experience with other Microsoft 365 EUC products (Azure AD, Endpoint Security).
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, able to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead technical initiatives.
  • The drive and ability to move outside of your comfort zone and learn new technologies as and when opportunities arise.
  • An understanding of other MDM solutions and SaaS based technologies such as Jamf, Google Workspace and Slack.
  • Experience with an EPM tool such as BeyondTrust
  • Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Certification
