Job Title: Senior Engineer – Audit

Salary: £54,793 – £60,326 depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
• Responsible for planning and conducting internal audits in accordance with audit schedule
• Document audit findings and prepare clear, concise audit reports with recommendations
• Identify and document non-conformances, working with teams to undertake root cause analysis and to develop corrective and preventive actions
• Present audit results to engineering senior management and relevant stakeholders
• Track and verify, to closure, any non-conformances raised ensuring corrective actions have been put in place to ensuring long-term compliance and improvement
Your skills and experience:
• IRCA Lead Auditor certified or equivalent knowledge/experience
• Knowledge of EN9100/AS9100
• Knowledge of MAA Regulations/Framework
• The ability to apply Quality approaches within an Engineering context
• Root Cause Analysis/Quality tools

The Engineering Governance and Assurance team:
As a member of the Engineering Governance and Assurance team, you will collaborate with engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of the Engineering Management System (EMS). Your role will involve identifying non-conformances, evaluating risks, and recommending improvements to strengthen adherence to Air Engineering policies, processes, and procedures.
