Danny Sullivan Group are searching for a Senior Engineer looking to cover a project in Gatwick, West Sussex.
The ideal candidate for this role would be an experienced Site or Section Engineer who is to ready to upskill their knowledge and project delivery on sites.
Responsibilities:

• Lead the self-delivery of key civil engineering works, ensuring that project objectives are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and direction to site teams, subcontractors, and junior engineers to maintain precision and accuracy in project execution.
• Oversee and assist with the accurate setting out of works, including groundworks, structures, and services, ensuring compliance with design specifications.
• Develop, implement, and maintain inspection and test plans (ITPs). Ensure all works comply with company and client quality standards.
• Drive a strong safety culture by enforcing RAMS, conducting site inspections, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Act as the key point of contact for client representatives, designers, and subcontractors, building strong working relationships and fostering collaboration.
• Maintain accurate site records, produce daily and weekly reports, and manage requests for information.
• Mentor and support site engineers, fostering an environment for learning and development.

Experience/Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of self-delivery experience in construction or similar Aviation projects.
• Proven track record in setting out, problem-solving, and managing technical operations.
• A proactive approach to meeting project milestones.
