We are seeking a Head of Campaign Strategy to develop and own the creative and campaign strategy within the agency. The role requires leadership and education of the agency, generating inspirational creative strategies, effective campaign planning, and engaging content development. Ability to build trusted and advisory relationships with senior clients, as well as support on new business. Collaboration and integration with the internal Fox team, Consultancy, Digital, PR, Marketing and Creative, flying the flag for strategic thinking, and identifying fee generating strategy projects.

The Role:
Insight
- Audience, competitor, and category insight (data and qualitative), propositions, segmentation and customer journey mapping, turning them into creative and strategic recommendations.
- Use of agency data subscriptions such as GWI, and digital tools such as analytics and ideally some practical experience of AI tools.
- Facilitation of client workshops, internal interviews, and customer research
Strategy
- Creative strategy and campaign planning, delivering on client objectives from brand awareness through to conversion, considering content and channels to market.
- A trusted strategic advisor with senior client contacts, working with Consultancy to develop strategy opportunities
Creative & Content
- Direct and inspire creative & content development within the agency
- Develop creative ideas, that consider the full marketing mix (channel and content specific ideas)
- Trusted creative opinion (internal and external)
Department KPI's & Collaboration
- Deliver on department KPI's (strategy fees) working with internal teams to create commercial opportunity.
- Support on new business proposals, pitches and RFPs
- Support in raising the profile of strategy services internally and with clients. Working with marketing to support on potential 'thought leadership and opinion' content
Systems & Processes
- Support and evolve strategy processes campaign planning, creative briefs, insight generation
- Help identify new ways of working for better outputs and greater efficiencies (AI, data subscriptions, processes etc.)
