We are seeking Civils Managers and Supervisors to join our team in Cumbria.

The role:

Our Civils Managers and Supervisors will be responsible for all civils aspects of the build, ensuring the associated build teams are meeting KPIs and targets and keeping track of the network build.

Successful candidates for this position will have experience in maintaining health and safety standards, liaising with clients and subcontractors, ensuring council permits are in place, meeting targets and deadlines and mitigating commercial & contractual risks.

Requirements:

• Civils Supervisor or Civils/Build Manager experience
• Full UK Drivers Licence
• IT literate to be able to use iPad/laptop
• Supervisors NRSWA (Streetworks) accreditation with a thorough knowledge of The Reinstatement of Openings in Highways
• SSSTS or SMSTS

• Experience of working with BT/Openreach and knowledge of Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) (desirable)
• GIS/Autocad knowledge (desirable)
