Senior E2E Test Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for Senior E2E Test Manager professionals to be part of our Quality Engineering & Assurance (QE&A) Practice. Key Responsibilities:
- To collaborate with platforms, capabilities, vendors, and product teams to ensure quality testing and adherence to standards.
- To perform end-to-end testing for complex programs, including functional (ST/SIT), UAT, and non-functional testing (Performance, OAT, Security).
- To lead and manage testing processes, including test case design, execution, defect management, traceability matrices, and reporting.
- Plan, monitor, and manage testing activities aligned with project frameworks.
- Oversee implementation and evolution of testing frameworks, define success metrics, and enhance team expertise in testing tools and processes.
- Provide clear, efficient status updates to program directors and heads of testing.
- Work effectively with vendors and stakeholders.
- Leverage DevOps/CI tools like Jenkins (preferred).
- Apply IT testing lifecycle knowledge, including automation testing tools and frameworks.
- Utilize SAFe Agile methodologies.
Skills Required:
- Expertise in test management and practices.
- Proficiency in automation tools and frameworks.
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in agile and scaled agile frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
