Six Physio are looking for an experienced Senior Domiciliary Physiotherapist to join our team: caring for patients in their community and within residential care homes, across Central, South-West and North-West London.

Chelsea Home Physio joined Six Physio in Jan '24. Founded 12 years ago they bring their wealth of experience with a reputation that precedes them.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reviewing patients' medical history and relevant operation notes
• Developing a personalised treatment plan for each patient, outlining their goals and expected outcomes. Consulting with colleagues, family members and other members of the MDT
• Planning, implementing and managing patients' rehab plans
• Recording and evaluating patients 'progress on TM3 system
• Complying with HCPC and CSP regulations, standards and code of conduct
• Providing reports to Insurance companies, colleagues as required

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management
• In depth knowledge of neurological and orthopaedic conditions and treatments, and aged care/rehabilitation

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Neurological skills and experience
• Orthopaedic skills and knowledge
• Hydrotherapy experience desirable
• Experience of working with the elderly and patients with dementia

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• BSc or Equivalent in Physiotherapy
• Up to date record of CPD
• An up-to -date DBS certificate is preferred.

ADDITIONAL NOTES
The successful applicant must have experience of lone working and managing travel between patients.
