As a key member of the EMEA HR Leadership Team, the Director, Organizational Effectiveness & Capability will lead the development and deployment of strategies that align organizational structure, processes, people, and culture with long-term business goals. This role is pivotal in ensuring high returns on human capital investments by fostering a high-performing organization. The Director will drive organizational assessment, design, and health monitoring across the EMEA region, while building capabilities in job design, talent activation, team effectiveness, and change management.
This position partners closely with senior HR leaders and executives across the continent to deliver high-impact, strategic initiatives that enhance organizational performance and transformation

Location: UK
Language Requirements: Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
Travel: Occasional business travel across the EMEA region may be required
Contract: This role is a 12 month fixed term contract
Key Responsibilities
Organizational Design & Effectiveness Leadership
- Partner with CHRO and HR Leadership to assess and address organizational effectiveness priorities.
- Develop and implement organizational strategies aligned with EMEA business goals.
- Consult with stakeholders to translate business needs into organizational capability solutions.
- Lead large-scale transformation and reorganization projects.
- Design and implement tools, templates, and frameworks to support organizational capability and performance.
- Build scalable enterprise approaches to organizational effectiveness.
Organizational Capability Consultation
- Provide diagnostics, planning, and implementation support for organizational initiatives.
- Use data-driven insights to influence organizational outcomes.
- Manage end-to-end project execution, including budgeting and resource planning.
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate external consultants as needed.
- Align change management activities to support adoption of new roles and processes.
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree (MS/MBA) in Business, HR, Psychology, or related field preferred.
- 10-12 years of experience in organizational effectiveness and process design.
- Proven success in partnering with business leaders to deliver impactful organizational solutions.
- Experience in hospitality/lodging industry is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed, multicultural environment.
