We are seeking a Senior Digital Trading Manager to manage the trading strategy for driving Digital revenue through commercial planning. The role collaborates cross-functionally to ensure the timely launch of trading initiatives. It focuses on delivering a seamless and engaging user experience that not only enhances brand presence but also maximises revenue and conversion opportunities

The Role
• Manage the strategy and day-to-day trading performance across all digital channels, including web, marketplaces, loyalty and resale ensuring revenue targets are met.
• Lead the reporting and analysis of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual trade performance, identifying key business drivers and implementing action plans to achieve sales and contribution goals.
• Coordinate the trading calendar in partnership with Content, Marketing and Merchandising ensuring key product launches are strategically planned to maximise stock availability and full-price sales.
• Develop and mentor the Trading team to deliver weekly trading actions, product upload, recommending content and product selections based on performance, seasonality, lifecycle, and regional insights.
• Work with Business Insights to enhance existing reports and develop new tools that support data-driven decision-making across Digital.
• Own the on-site search, merchandising and recommendations strategy, managing the relationship with third-party providers to optimise performance.
• Leverage site behaviour and analytics to identify customer pain points, optimize user journeys, and inform trading actions that drive engagement, conversion, and revenue growth.

Your Skills and Experience
• Experience using web analytics tools to drive decision-making.
• Experience managing site merchandising and conversion optimisation strategies.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4
• Experience working within e-commerce platforms.
• Experience driving both day-to-day improvements and larger strategic projects that contribute to sales growth.
• Team management and development.
