Senior Digital Project Manager - 6M FTC

Overview -

We're looking for a Senior Digital Producer / Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of complex digital marketing and technology projects across our client portfolio. You will manage cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, technology, and media to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget while ensuring strong client relationships and operational excellence.

Responsibilities -

Project Delivery

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects including websites, campaigns, platforms, and integrated marketing initiatives

• Manage timelines, budgets, scope, and resources across multiple workstreams

• Run agile or hybrid delivery processes (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary delivery contact for clients

• Translate client needs into clear briefs, SOW and delivery plans

• Manage expectations and proactively resolve risks or issues

Team Leadership

• Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams including creatives, strategists, developers, and media specialists

• Facilitate collaboration and ensure clear communication across teams

• Mentor junior producers and project managers when required

Operational Excellence

• Ensure strong project governance, documentation, and reporting

• Track financial performance including budgets, forecasts, and profitability

• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and workflows

Skills & Experience

• 6+ years delivering digital or integrated marketing projects within an agency or digital environment

• Experience managing complex digital builds, campaign launches, or platform projects

• Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum delivery methodologies

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience managing budgets, scopes, and multi-disciplinary teams

• Familiarity with digital platforms such as CMS, CRM, marketing automation, or martech ecosystems

Nice to Have

• Agile or project management certification (Scrum, PRINCE2, PMP etc.)

• Experience delivering AI, data, or marketing technology projects

• Experience working with enterprise clients or regulated industries
