Essential criteria
- Extensive clinical knowledge in the care and management of the acutely ill/ complex care / palliative care / intermediate care patient within and outside of hospital.
- Proven Track record in acute care supporting Adults & Children or pediatric back ground
- Evidence of personal development
- Knowledge of Risk Management
Desirable criteria
- Previous experience of remote video assessment or telephone triage service
- Experience of managing and delivering sustained change
- Experience of working with Care Home Teams
Qualifications
Essential criteria
- RGN with current NMC registration
- ENB 998
- Evidence of assessment & Triage of Children
- Significant experience in managing acute conditions
- Ability to Travel to various locations between Tameside and Glossop
Desirable criteria
- Working towards a degree in a relevant healthcare topic

- Willingness to undertake further training as and when needed
