Your role as Senior Digital Analyst will see you support the wider Group and Banner teams with best-in-class insights to drive development and growth for the Kingfisher business. This role sits in the Digital Analytics team and will focus on developing and delivering digital data across key areas such as eCommerce and Digital Product.

What's the job?

  • Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing insight and reports to stakeholders.
  • Leverage digital data to deliver insights which drive data-led optimisation and improvement across key business areas
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders, across Group functions and Banners (B&Q, Screwfix and Castorama) level, by providing them with actionable and relevant insights to inform and drive our overall strategy
  • Partner with Group and Banner teams to identify the metrics and data points relevant for their targets, and work with them to bring this data to life and put data at the centre of their decision making
  • Identify new process improvement opportunities and be proactive in embedding them into the teams' ways of working
  • Be a champion of Digital analytics and embed digital data analytics into our ways of working
  • Work with the wider team to develop and support more junior members of the team
  • Contribute and suggest ideas to help evolve the digital data roadmap
  • Collaborate with the Group Measurement (tagging) team to ensure best in class digital analytics

What you'll bring

  • Experience of working in a digital analytics team; across eCommerce and/or digital product
  • Experience of delivering analysis and insight focused on growth & improvement
  • Experience of using digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics (or equivalent)
  • Use of visualisation tools (Looker Studio/Power BI/Tableau)
  • Knowledge of Tag Management Systems (Tealium iQ or GTM)
  • A minimum of intermediate SQL ability with experience of using Google BigQuery
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
  • Solid presentation skills with an ability to adjust their key messages to different audiences
  • Proactive nature, experience being a self-starter and operating with autonomy
