What the role is all about...

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Digital Analyst to join our Digital Analytics and Insights Team. Using the Adobe suite and analytics tools, you will drive change by providing analysis, recommendations and reporting on performance and customer behaviour to drive trading and development changes to our digital channels. You will engage with stakeholders to understand priorities and support on answering ad-hoc queries as well as providing self-generated insights.

What you'll be doing...

  • Undertake website / app and customer analysis to evaluate success and deliver actionable insights to drive optimisation programmes.
  • Drive understanding of customer needs, pain points and segments to target.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for sales growth, cost reduction and experience enhancements that are accretive to the Digital team's roadmap.
  • Agree most important KPIs to track aligned to commercial objectives.
  • Translate data into visualisations, metrics, and goals, synthesizing complex, and ambiguous information in an accessible way for all stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate compelling storytelling; an ability to tell a complex narrative clearly to influence the audience to act on it.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Implementation team and product teams to create, manage, and enforce digital analytics tagging standards to ensure robust and consistent data is captured for analysis.
  • To support the Digital Analytics and Insight team in embedding and fostering best in class tools, systems and processes.

Qualifications

What you'll ideally bring...

  • Strong quantitative analytical skills, critical thinker with a customer-centric approach and effective communication, influencing and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in web/app analytics, preferably with Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience in UX analytics tools, e.g. Decibel, Content Square, Clicktale, etc.
  • At ease working with complex data sets applying strong technical coding skills in Python / R / SQL to develop analytical solutions/insights.
  • Experience in ecommerce in an Agile environment and knowledge of Business Intelligence tools, preferably Tableau.

  • Salary range for this role start's at £59,120, and exact salary will differ by job and experience
