The Planning Policy team leads the planning policy framework for Bristol, including at neighbourhood, city and strategic levels. We manage the process of receiving millions of pounds of developer contributions from the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and Section 106 Agreements.

We need a motivated and experienced detail-conscious individual to join our team to design, manage and maintain efficient data management systems for development monitoring and developer contributions. You will also be responsible for undertaking complex Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) related tasks including CIL reviews and appeals; enforcement of CIL payments; CIL abatement and CIL relief. We're aiming to deliver continuous improvements to our land use monitoring and S106 / CIL reporting processes, with the focus on effective use of digital technology.
