CSG Talent are currently partnered with a UK-based developer creating low-carbon, sustainable data centre campuses across Europe. With a strong track record in delivering grid-connected power and digital infrastructure, we are expanding our UK portfolio and seeking a Senior Development Manager to lead strategic project development.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle development of multiple data centre projects.
• Drive land acquisition, planning, and permitting processes.
• Oversee grid connection strategies and technical feasibility.
• Support investment assessment, due diligence, and project governance.
• Mentor junior team members and foster high-performance culture.

Requirements

• 8+ years' experience in data centre, renewable energy, or infrastructure development.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
• Knowledge of UK planning frameworks (TCPA, DCO), land negotiations, and grid connections.
• Degree in Engineering, Real Estate, Planning, or related field.
• Able to work hybrid with regular UK travel.
