How You'll Be Involved
Camden's Community Investment Programme (CIP) is seeking a Senior Development Manager to manage and implement the delivery of one or more complex Community Investment Programme development projects, with a focus on the Tybalds Estate in Holborn. Tybalds estate - Camden Council.

All About You
We are looking for someone with strong experience in construction, development, or regeneration, supported by a degree in the built environment or equivalent professional expertise. You'll have a thorough understanding of consultation, planning, design, and heritage issues in a political context, including town planning, land acquisition, and housing standards.
Your expertise in design, building safety, and sustainability will enable you to manage complex construction projects using advanced project and risk management tools. Strong negotiation skills are essential, allowing you to work effectively with residents, politicians, and public authorities at all stages of a project.
