About Camden
Join us in delivering Camden's £2.3billion Community Investment Programme (CIP). The CIP is now one of the largest and most successful municipal housebuilding programmes in London and across the country. Through CIP we are investing to ensure that Camden is a place for everyone. We have built the first council homes in a generation in Camden - and for the first time since the introduction of the Right to Buy, we have increased the number of social homes in the borough. The CIP has built housing of all types and tenures, alongside new and improved schools, and community spaces where our vibrant communities can thrive. We have already delivered over 600 new homes, with nearly 300 currently under construction, and more than 1,000 in the pipeline. We are also moving ahead with other sites with potential for 2,000+ homes.
