The Development Management service is responsible for processing planning applications, pre-application enquiries, condition discharges and appeals.
At Senior Development Management Officer level this involves a caseload of either major planning applications or a large caseload of complex minor / other planning applications.
Due to large workloads being experienced we are looking for experienced and talented senior planning officers to help us deliver a first class service to developers and investors in Bristol.
You will preferably be MRTPI and will be capable of independent working on either major planning applications or a large caseload of complex minor / other planning applications.
